In North Spokane in the lower floor of the Dr. Braun/Dr. Jarvis dental building which is on the north side of Holland.

The address is 775 N. Holland Avenue and I am in suite 102.

Parking and entrances are in the rear of the building. If you need an elevator, you will find that on the first floor.

I am licensed to see clients throughout the state of Washington online. I use a program called Simple Practice. You will receive a link in your email before our session which will take you right into our therapy “room”.

In-person & online 50 min session: $160

Couples 50 min session: $180

50 min Family Sessions (up to 4 people): $180 ($10 more per extra person)

I take all major credit cards and health savings cards.

I am not currently taking insurance but can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement upon request.

We will talk about what your presenting problem is and what you would like to get out of therapy. I then will work through a list of questions that I will typically ask to get a sense of you as a person.

I have a questionnaire that I like to have clients fill out prior to our first session so that we can get the most out of our “getting to know you” phase of our time together.

My goal is ALWAYS to work myself out of a job. I want you to be able to get what you need from our sessions and take that into your life without needing my help anymore.

While some people might truly find what they need in just a few sessions, others may need a deeper level of help that may take much longer.

I will give you a rough estimate for how long I think it may take early in our time together.
